Cocktail Chatter’s Personal Fitness Expert, Jennifer Starr Donat, will offer tips and advice on how CCers can maintain their fitness and nutrition.
Jen has been involved in the fitness and wellness industry for nearly 20 years, helping clients achieve their fitness goals through various modalities including personal training, group exercising, spinning, pilates, and the Lagree megaformer. She currently owns a very popular studio in the Bay Area, Transform Fitness Studio, which offers 45-minute workouts of slow, controlled, no impact movements on the megaformer to create a leaner and strong body.
Jen is passionate about fitness and enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, kayaking with her husband and three grown children. About to become an empty nester with her youngest son going off to college, Jen also enjoys travelling and hanging out with her gal pals while sipping on a lovely glass of wine.
